How it works? This hormone-free birth control method works with 3-easy steps:
1. Take your basal body temperature 🌡️
Take your basal body temperature when you wake up. Add your reading to the NC° app.🌡️
2. On the days you use a Clearblue® Digital Ovulation Test, add the result to the NC° app.📱
Adding your result into the NC° app is easy, simply go to the “Add Data” view, and select Clearblue® Ovulation Test to log the result. Once you’ve input a ‘Positive’ result (LH surge) or ‘Negative’ result (no LH surge), the NC° algorithm will use the information to learn more about your cycle.
