Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test with Conception Indicator results shown to agree with standard‐of‐care ultrasound in assessing Pregnancy Duration
A new study by Clearblue has shown that the pregnancy duration assessments by the Clearblue Digital Pregnancy test with Conception Indicator (CDPT-CI) are in agreement with those provided by standard-of-care ultrasound when assessing pregnancy duration. The study, published in Current Medical Research and Opinion, analysed 4786 urine samples from 52 pregnant women. It compared the results from testing CDPT-CI on these urine samples (provided in the first few weeks of pregnancy) with gestational age calculated during their 12 week ultrasound scan. The study shows that CDPT-CI provides a significantly high (98%) level of agreement with standard-of-care ultrasound when assessing pregnancy duration in a real-life, observational setting which closely mirrors daily clinical practice. Clearblue Digital Ovulation test is the test women read most accurately
A new study comparing leading brands of ovulation tests has shown that the Clearblue Digital Ovulation test is the ovulation test that women read most accurately. A study of 72 women reading ovulation tests compared results from 4 ovulation test brands - Clearblue Digital, Clearblue Non-Digital, First Response and Answer. Significantly more women obtained the same result as the laboratory professional when reading the Clearblue Digital Ovulation test than with any other ovulation test. Women were most confident in the result of the Digital test, showing that Digital results eliminate uncertainty for consumers when interpreting ovulation test results.
